By engaging the services of Technology Solution, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the provision of all IT services, including managed IT support, cybersecurity, CCTV, access control, networking and cloud services.
Technology Solution will provide the services as agreed in the applicable service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify services with reasonable notice. Service levels are defined in individual service level agreements (SLAs).
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the prime lending rate plus 2%. Managed service fees are billed monthly in advance.
Technology Solution's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the provision of services. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Technology Solution reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
